Non-smoking room with smoke smell - a very nice man at the counter - the bathroom floor had not been cleaned - toenail on the floor - dust on the air conditioner
Quality Inn was pretty decent value for money - cheap accommodation - worn appearance
Filthy coffeepot - 20 minutes drive to tourist attractions - unhelpful front desk
Uncomfortable mattress - the room cost around $70 - the bathroom door couldn't close all the way - small rooms - housekeepers did not clean the room - the manager did not check the room
Rooms with microwave and a medium-size refrigerator - the rooms with outdoor entrance
The dark rooms were not appealing - the bath tub was not clean - no supplemental towels
The owner did not compensate for the inconvenience - the price was not bad for the location on a Saturday night without reservation - great food in the same building
The wall were thin - the food needed to be replenished - the breakfast was okay
The alarm clock failed to work - the room lacked hot water in shower
No phone book in the room - the motel needed painting and new carpeting outside
Cold spa/pool - close to a lot of great places to eat - central location for visiting St. Louis

Walk to Gateway Arch and Union Station - bathroom was small - staff was helpful and friendly - breakfast was expensive - great stay - rooms were spacious, clean and newly decorated - morning breakfast was spectacular
Parking was nice and free - lobby was gorgeous - history of the hotel was intriguing - rooms were nice and quiet - rooms were big with huge down comforters and pillows

This hotel is located 30 minutes from the airport. Nearby attractions include Grant's Farm, Laumeier Sculpture Park, Magic House and St. Louis Children's Museum. Excellent location - large and clean room - the water pressure in the shower was very good - the pillows were nice and relatively new - easy and cheap to stay
The front desk employees were very polite and friendly - the swimming pool was basic
The room was decorated with basic amenities - the television in the room only had several good channels - cheap room rates

The hotel was obviously on an ideal location - great experience - family getaway - minutes from downtown area - spectacular views of the river - the rooms were equipped with modern furniture - the TV was an old model - parking was $18 per day
A decent stay - wonderful views of the Arch from my room - well-maintained rooms - a memorable experience - hospitable and welcoming staff - the rooftop restaurant was a must for a romantic evening
Internet access was $9.95 per 24 hour - ice machine on each floor - I was a bit disappointed with this hotel - it was ok for the price - more like a budget hotel - within a few steps to Busch Stadium (more…)

Hotel amenities include luxurious business center, out-door pool, on-site gift shop, 24-hour fitness room, self/valet parking, etc.

Plenty of pillows on the bed
Pet friendly hotel
Comfortable beds
Nice view of surroundings

$12.95 for internet use per day - $14 for self parking per day - $24 for valet parking per day
Impressive amenities - $50 for pet fee - hair on the carpet - the room was smaller than expected
The wood panel in bathroom was old - the room darkening shades could not cover the window
Pricy DVD - no hot tub - separate steam rooms in men's/women's bathrooms - the bathroom needs cleaning - the services were disappointed - hotel was attached to a historic train station
Outdated rooms decor - the shops were closed in Union Station - the emergency alarm woke up everyone at 4:30am - shopping side rooms were a bit dated - great coffee and seafood at the back of the parking lot - metrolink stops at the back of the mall (more…)

Good location for shopping and Metro Station - pretty near the St. Louis Galleria Mall
Clean and spacious rooms - they were updating the rooms with new furniture during my stay - full kitchen with fridge and dishwasher - comfortable bed - good layout
Good outdoor pool - the workout room did have some wonderful equipment
Not up to Marriott standard - but at least they were trying to update - it was not what I expect from such a brand - anyway, it was affordable - just perfect for us - it would be better next time we stopped by (more…)
