Non-smoking room with smoke smell - a very nice man at the counter - the bathroom floor had not been cleaned - toenail on the floor - dust on the air conditioner
Quality Inn was pretty decent value for money - cheap accommodation - worn appearance
Filthy coffeepot - 20 minutes drive to tourist attractions - unhelpful front desk
Uncomfortable mattress - the room cost around $70 - the bathroom door couldn't close all the way - small rooms - housekeepers did not clean the room - the manager did not check the room
Rooms with microwave and a medium-size refrigerator - the rooms with outdoor entrance
The dark rooms were not appealing - the bath tub was not clean - no supplemental towels
The owner did not compensate for the inconvenience - the price was not bad for the location on a Saturday night without reservation - great food in the same building
The wall were thin - the food needed to be replenished - the breakfast was okay
The alarm clock failed to work - the room lacked hot water in shower
No phone book in the room - the motel needed painting and new carpeting outside

A decent stay - wonderful views of the Arch from my room - well-maintained rooms - a memorable experience - hospitable and welcoming staff - the rooftop restaurant was a must for a romantic evening
