Great place to stay - wish we could've stayed longer - you truly feel you are on vacation when staying at this hotel - great hotel for business travel - birthday midweek surprise - still my favorite

The staff was very helpful and provided good suggestion for the local restaurants - good coffee and tea provided in the room - huge swimming pool was very fun for the family - located close to many of the city's attractions - check-in was easy and fast - elevators were speedy and readily available
The rooms were unusually large, with a generous sitting area - food and ambiance was very good - breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant, the Bistro 14, was absolutely delicious - shower had great water pressure - room, beds were clean and comfortable
The metro stop was right across the street - rooms were very clean and comfortable with complimentary bottled water - bathroom was very modern with great counter space - pool was big and clean, great quality pool time for kids (more…)

It was an elegant hotel - everything was beautiful and the staff was just amazing - stayed at the hotel during a national board meeting, had a great time - wonderful rooms and tastefully decoration - meeting place was gorgeous
Front desk staff was very accommodating and courteous - had stayed here several times and always had a nice experience - this was always one of my favorite places to stay - the staff was perfect - room was spacious and had lots of plush amenities
Great bathrooms and the bed was superior comfy - the lobby, bar and restaurant area was clean all the time - room was comfortable and beautifully decorated
It was a treat to stay at this fabulous hotel - it was definitely a luxury hotel, but the price was just reasonable - the location was great - walking distance to lots of top-notch restaurants in Clayton - an easy drive from zoos, parks and other attractions
Tried other luxury hotels in St. Louis, but this one was the best - had a wonderful stay here - our family enjoyed our stay here - would be back soon - the Ritz Carlton was a very elegant hotel in a lovely location
Both the staff and food were incredible - loved this hotel and this beautiful area - the hotel was not in St. Louis, it was in a suburb nearly 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis - food was amazing, but sort of overpriced

Very quiet location - pretty close to fast food, gas stations and freeway - convenient transportation to many parts of the city
Clean room - basic amenities in room - comfortable enough - Wi-Fi worked well with stable connection - but TV channels were not very kid friendly - quiet enough even for light sleepers
Home atmosphere - very friendly front desk staff - a good first impression - clerks were helpful with everything - very courteous service though the hotel itself was not that excellent
They accepted dogs - no breakfast was included in the room
If you were not concerned about having a pool, this was the best place for you - good for the price (more…)

Non-smoking room with smoke smell - a very nice man at the counter - the bathroom floor had not been cleaned - toenail on the floor - dust on the air conditioner
Quality Inn was pretty decent value for money - cheap accommodation - worn appearance
Filthy coffeepot - 20 minutes drive to tourist attractions - unhelpful front desk
Uncomfortable mattress - the room cost around $70 - the bathroom door couldn't close all the way - small rooms - housekeepers did not clean the room - the manager did not check the room
Rooms with microwave and a medium-size refrigerator - the rooms with outdoor entrance
The dark rooms were not appealing - the bath tub was not clean - no supplemental towels
The owner did not compensate for the inconvenience - the price was not bad for the location on a Saturday night without reservation - great food in the same building
The wall were thin - the food needed to be replenished - the breakfast was okay
The alarm clock failed to work - the room lacked hot water in shower
No phone book in the room - the motel needed painting and new carpeting outside
Cold spa/pool - close to a lot of great places to eat - central location for visiting St. Louis

A decent stay - wonderful views of the Arch from my room - well-maintained rooms - a memorable experience - hospitable and welcoming staff - the rooftop restaurant was a must for a romantic evening
