The staff was very helpful and provided good suggestion for the local restaurants - good coffee and tea provided in the room - huge swimming pool was very fun for the family - located close to many of the city's attractions - check-in was easy and fast - elevators were speedy and readily available
The rooms were unusually large, with a generous sitting area - food and ambiance was very good - breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant, the Bistro 14, was absolutely delicious - shower had great water pressure - room, beds were clean and comfortable

It was an elegant hotel - everything was beautiful and the staff was just amazing - stayed at the hotel during a national board meeting, had a great time - wonderful rooms and tastefully decoration - meeting place was gorgeous
Front desk staff was very accommodating and courteous - had stayed here several times and always had a nice experience - this was always one of my favorite places to stay - the staff was perfect - room was spacious and had lots of plush amenities
Great bathrooms and the bed was superior comfy - the lobby, bar and restaurant area was clean all the time - room was comfortable and beautifully decorated
It was a treat to stay at this fabulous hotel - it was definitely a luxury hotel, but the price was just reasonable - the location was great - walking distance to lots of top-notch restaurants in Clayton - an easy drive from zoos, parks and other attractions

Clean room - basic amenities in room - comfortable enough - Wi-Fi worked well with stable connection - but TV channels were not very kid friendly - quiet enough even for light sleepers
Home atmosphere - very friendly front desk staff - a good first impression - clerks were helpful with everything - very courteous service though the hotel itself was not that excellent
They accepted dogs - no breakfast was included in the room
